Also if I want to change hands, the little peg is stuck in the hand, how do I get that out without breaking it. Or do I need to order more pegs for the grip style hands.
I took a needle nose pliers and very gently gripped it by the ball itself, not the peg, and pulled. It popped right out and went into the gripping hands easily.

Wow. That's outstanding. And that's the stock sculpt? Damn.
Yes, the hair looks incredible, but it really blows me away how the tiny details make all the difference. The one that leaps out at me is the amount of his upper lip that's covered by mustache. The Hound has a very dense, tall mustache that should cover the whole area between lip and nose. The stock paint doesn't, but this repaint fixes that (and darkens the whole beard area generally). And what I thought was a good sculpt before now looks great.
