To be honest, despite our earlier complaints about the line only being Iron Mans up to that point, it's only the Iron Man's that have impressed me afterall.

I agree. I think the idea of a diecast figure at this scale with visible joints only works well for armored figures like IM or WM. Otherwise, they just look like well painted Marvel Legends figures.

Hmm, some of the proportions on the IS look a tad funky. It could be the upper torso/shoulders that look a bit too broad(?); looks slick overall.

Nope, the issue is the shoulders being a separate piece to help with the articulation.

It’s so hard to judge scale off of a small handful of photos. Maybe it will appear more well proportioned in hand.

Scale looks fine in the official photos.

The shoulder piece being separate might make the head look a bit underscaled if posed incorrectly but overall, it looks fine. Looks like a fun figure to pose and display.

The action figure features a metallic red, blue, and gold color scheme and includes web-slinging accessories, one set of articulated pincers, and an authentic likeness to the sleek armor as seen in movies. I would have to think this would be a satisfying figure in hand. The heft and solid joints on the Iron Men so far is impressive, I have a few Mafex Spideys and while fun and posable I do feel like they'll fall apart if I look at them too hard. Meanwhile it seems like the TZ Iron Men would probably dent the floor if they got knocked off the shelf

There's a lot of good engineering, especially in the shoulders of the IM figures so far. It'll be interesting to see what carries over
