Armor looks superb but that sculpt is terrible. Did they use reference pics from someone's custom made Shepard? That's really the only explanation for how off it is.

Yeah I don't get it. It's like they sculpted it from memory without any reference at all. At least I don't regret not ordering the ex anymore... I'll just get the regular off SS or something.

Somebody needs to tape up some picts of Mark Vanderloo up in front of the sculptor
because he's clueless on how to nail the likeness.
Work those cheekbones and dial back the tan paint for starters.

That's what we need. The sculpt now has thick lips, puffy cheeks, and the eyes are wrong.

It's crazy they could nail the turtle sculpts but make a mess of Shepard. The GoT sculpts are pretty close too.

Wow that sculpt is off. Then again, that armor looks great. Plus you could put any head you want on it and call it your "custom" shep.
