I used a Marvel Select Hulk base and I fit the bros. on it, I really like how it turned out.

Lol why do people like putting blood on there turtles. Maybe its just me but i always hated seeing the turtles bleed it felt weird to me but I guess its more realistic.

looks like a mixture of a dark wash and a light drybrush

Mine were just a straight up black wash. I don't have the talent to combine different techniques, so it was just black paint, a touch of water, a paintbrush, and some paper towels.

Thinking about attempting a second washed set, but only highlighting the sculpt details instead of hitting the entire figure.

Well, I picked up my set of figs, perhaps I'll give the black wash a go tonight. I'd be curious to hear how the sketch look was pulled off...paint pen perhaps?

I thought about doing that with a paint pen. I did that with regular paint on my Ralph. Those look awesome!

I did mine with a dark brown for the skin. VERY dark brown for the shell. eggshell white on the bandages. Black for the teeth outline. and light brown on their "leather pads""

Luckily I manage to get an opened mint set with good eyes on eBay last week. Although it wasn't cheap, but I'd rather spend a by more rather than get a wonky eyed ones
