Just found out about these Classics. I see BBTS has a 'sold out' pre-order due for September 2012. What's the story?

Way too limited edition?
Old news and sold out?
Hot figures that have sold like hotcakes?

Mine were just a straight up black wash. I don't have the talent to combine different techniques, so it was just black paint, a touch of water, a paintbrush, and some paper towels.

Thinking about attempting a second washed set, but only highlighting the sculpt details instead of hitting the entire figure.

I like what you did with yours. I only have Leo and Raph right now, but once I get all 4 I'll probably just give it a wash as well.

Watching part 1 on Nickelodeon and it's looking like it'll be a fun show. Can't wait till tomorrow morning to see part 2. Man, I'm such an old kid. :)

3 lcs have just 1 more classic don on the peg. toys r us has a ton of these guys left mostly ralph. one comic shop has 1 of each on the peg and they sell them buy the set of 4 for $80. you can still find these things but they are good sellers.

Yup and anybody who has second thoughts about the teme song and the animation are missing out on this show. its to awesome to miss.

So looking forward to this. I thought if started tomorrow, so this is a bonus. Should be watching very soon, in HD.

Couldn't it any longer. Watched the new episode.
The song is cool. Follows the same structure as the original, just hyped up to today's styling.
The cgi was good. The characters were fine. The humor was spot on.
All in all, I liked it.

Where are you guys watching it? I thought it airs tonight?

Ah damn, nvm 11 am, I'll have to catch a rerun.

I really enjoyed the show. No lie, like agent I'm still a huge kid at heart. I think most of us are though, we collect toys?

The humor for me was on point too, I was actually laughing alot. Shredder was awesome. I didn't enjoy
Snakehead
or Don's voice but I think that will grow on me. Looks really up to date and modern which I can dig. I can see kids going ape ****.

I settled down to watch the full one hour premiere... It stopped with the to be continued.... Hah! I was watching the same one I watched yesterday. So I'll have to track down a new copy now.
However, I think this will be a hit, and I'm sure TMNT toys will be in abundance.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Nick did a fantastic job with this, I liked the animation far more then I thought I would, it wasn't catering just to kids, wasn't overly modern, and had the exact feel the turtles should have. Very much looking forward to more. :clap
