These guys really pose well. Glad I deshelled them. I think they look great on display.
I don't think we will see more classics like these, which are simply the best classic releases we have ever had.
I just realized that my Metalhead is an error. Look at the back of the card, the pic of Mikey, it is a pic of Raphael. I am curious how many were produced with that error?
About to preorder these, so my dad can get em all from forbidden planet in the UK. Me thinks that I'll just rip up the packs and get a shelf sorted for these guys, or even that huge playset.
I really enjoyed it, Furyan. It's a bit silly according to some, but it is a show aimed at young kids, so you have to take what you can get. All I know is that I'm going to be watching every Saturday morning, and I haven't done that since the 80s.
I saw it. As mentioned, it's very geared towards kids - by comparison, the '07 movie was more serious in tone, for example. The Turtles in this cartoon definitely feel like the youngest Turtles I've seen.
I thought the show did a great job of straddling that line of being for kids and still for the older adult fans. It is absolutely worth watching and will have you wanting to tune back in.
They didn't pull punches like having Splinter's family and child being killed by Shredder. Snake's mutation was also pretty cool.
