Still haven't figured out if I should grab a set of KO Neca's from asia yet haha, I'd prefer the real ones even at a premium, but tbh if I didn't know the KO's were KO I probably wouldn't mind them :lol

In the tube packages? Are they knock offs? I almost picked up a set a while ago. I have 2 of the NECA figures and wonder how different the quality is.

If you only have one set of either of the necas, you wouldn't know the difference.

Now, that HT mock up fooled me earlier on today. It was pretty convincing.

Repainted a Michaelangelo (please ignore some of the rough paint on the edges as that's been touched up):

I'm loving the new show! Anyone see Snakeweed, Baxter Stockman or Leatherhead yet?
Nice job man! :clap

I just got the Donatello from this line - he's my fave. :rock

Thank you!

I think Donnie is my favorite figure of the four. My son has them all. :) You know, I'd say Raph or Donnie were my favorites as a kid but as for the new show I just love Mikey, though they honestly all crack me up.... I'm wondering if we'll get a little more into Raph's character once Casey Jones comes around?

I actually haven't seen the new show yet. :lol

I love these figures though - they actually look better than their CGI counterparts for my money. Since the NECA ones, these guys (& the new 'classics'), are the ONLY TMNT figures I've thought were any good till now. Awesome comic book like sculpts, great articulation, & decently priced too!

As I mentioned earlier in here, I really hope Playmates make updated figures from the 1990 film. Not only would that be mind blowing, but I'd complete my goal of having one different version of each turtle from each of the GOOD lines.

All the figures from that line are great. Well, at least all the Turtles and Shredder, which are the only ones I have so far. I love how each of them have their own sculpt; it's not the same figure with different paint applications. I love how unique they all are.

Great posing opportunities with them, as well. I have some of the really old TMNT figures from the 80's/early 90's, and they just aren't that great. In fact, they are crap compared to these new ones. My husband got me the four Turtles for Christmas. I was thrilled to see them in person, but when I actually got them out and started posing them and feeling how quality they are...wow! I love this line.

wow the classics line is really warming the pegs here at toys r us and walmart. playmates really saturated the market with these things LOL

Yup. Even over here. Back in July, they didn't even show up. I got my my classics in Canada. Then, this forum was full of people hunting, but not finding.
Now, every online store has them, I've seen them in stores here. The Forbidden Planet web site has them, Amazon, etal.
I don't think this is a bad thing, rather, it's an indication that all of these outlets see potential for this line. With more interest, we get more figures, and a better chance of obtaining them. Roll on Bebop n Rocksteady.
As for the regular new series figures, I haven't had any problems getting those, and recently (very) their prices ave dropped more in line with UK prices.
So, all is good.

Nick's TMNT has been renewed for a 3rd season. Yes 3rd and yes we're still in the first. 26 more episodes for s.3, I guess Season 2 is the same, so theres around 50 more episodes locked in after this season. Loved last night's episode, can never have enough Leatherhead. General Traang was pretty cool as well in his debut.

I've still to watch this week's episode .
I did watch the TMNT movie on bluray last night. It's always a good watch.
And, a third season commissioned already. That's great news. And 26 part seasons at that .

That is such a cool custom.
I've been looking at the closest thing, the ooze figures. 4 points of articulation, and the worst paint aps I've seen since the 90s.
After the really cool figures, playmates did those. I will try, try not to get them :rotfl

Now, if this guy is selling these customs, I'm in for one.

And watched Leatherhead taking on the General.
It's not viable, but it would be cool if the figures were in scale.
Back in the 80s the Learherhead was actually way smaller as a figure than the rest.
Anyways, great episode and a "I can't wait two more weeks" ending.

One of my favourite toys as a kid

picked up the Shredders Dragon Bike LEGO today.

One of the big draws was the motorized skateboard. I had the 90's toy version as a kid

That's great news. Out of all the reboots to 80's cartoons, I feel this is the absolute best one. To me, at least.

Heads up for anyone in the UK. Asda are selling the nick turtles figs for just £5 each!! Gonna grab a few to customize.
