Custom Leo. Enjoy!

Today I picked up the retro turtle re-releases at Toys R Us. The classic ones that first came out in the 80s/90s. They look great in their packaging. Debating if I should leave them in or not...

I usually always open my figs but these I might leave be.

I'm waiting for the set I asked for. September 3rd I was told.
I'm keeping these guys in their bubbles, and on the wall.

Vocal people want lots of things.
That dosn't mean they will sell well enough to keep the line going.

People screamed for the star sisters for Masters of the univers VERY loudly...

Turns out it was only about 6 guys though :lol

Nah bro. Big difference tmnt is way popular had more shows and a show now. Has a movie on the way and goes down in history as iconic cartoon in pop culture. Tmnt is a heavy brand and always sells.

TMNT has almost always had products on shelves and a TV show on air. The gaps in content are few and far between.
The first cartoon ran from 1987 to 1996, followed shortly by Next Mutation from 1997 to 1998, then the second cartoon from 2003 to 2009, and now the new ongoing CG cartoon that started in 2012. And for each series, there was a product line.

I agree, it's current , and whatever version out there has a current media source on the air is making money.

The classics line, however, is riding the vintage nostolgia wave. And that's what I'm talking about.
I have no fear of the ones based off the current, relevent media selling. those will sell just fine.

The movie toys.... we will see.

Very cool custom! I'd love to see Hot Toys turtles too but I'm afraid the only way would be based on the new movie's design, which I'm pretty sure won't be my cup-of-tea.

Oh and for those of you saying how hard it is to find Classics with decent eyes......clearly they are screen accurate....
