At the very least, it looks like it could be a fun ride. Tom Hardy is definitely above this, though. Venom fans should be grateful he's involved.

Looks very lame to me, cheesy cast and Hardy seems out of place. Don’t like what they did with the Venom story either.

Yeah, I got that vibe too. The motorcycle grab was dumb. Not sure I like the symbiote has an actual voice that we can hear. That one woman might just be foreign, but I hate how she pronounces sym BIOTE instead of sym BEE oht.

I dig the voice, actually. The comics let us know what was going on in his head and it sounds like they put effort into giving it a fearsome vibe.

My only wish is that they didn't go with the narrow-eyed Sideshow bust look. If this is Lethal Protector, go with the '90s eyes FFS.

Did a quick edit in Photoshop and now I think I've ruined the film for myself -- unless they change shape and we haven't seen it yet.

I agree it looks a bit B grade in that trailer but i am still watching it. Good to know that i have been pronouncing symbiote correct.

Venom looks kewl. Teaser for movie looks pretty kewl.

It did show another canister of symbiotes so that will prolly be for Carnage? Don't know anything about him I stopped reading comics about when he was introduced.

That looks awesome. Perhaps he is just scowling at that time. We shall see. I do miss Spidey being in this.

I rarely post due to the board culture being so... well, what it is. Spend most of my time lurking unless some good conversation or memeage kicks in.

Opening week of BR2049 was great for both of those reasons.
