I can see why these would be considered, they're all great films. The rest? No thanks.

I've seen it at least 3 times, its good, I just dont understand why it is considered one of the greatest films ever.

Maybe I'm just to stupid to 'get' it :dunno

Milkshake anyone?

I've not seen only two on that list. I like every one of the movies I have seen.

I wouldn't say it's one of the greatest films ever, but it's definitely one of the best of the past decade. Didn't you read the title of this thread?

Very interesting list, with some great films. It's your list. No need for debate here.

Glad to see A.I. get some love, though. A lot of people hate that movie and/or just didn't get it.

Actually no I didnt :lol

But I have seen it on a lot of lists as being one of the greatest films ever/decade/past 20 years ect...

:dunno

What about it exactly appeals to you so much?

I'd actually have There Will Be Blood at number 1 or 2 on my list. The camera work is poetic, the score is haunting, the perfromance at the center is the best ever filmed in my opinion, and the story and it's meditations on a bygone era, a look into the dark side of capitalism where gain takes a backseat to domination, the back and forth between optimism and obsession. The list could go on for me. In my opinion it's the Citizen Kane of my generation.

Huh, I thought it was about oil and milkshakes.

Hmm... I skipped your entry line and assumed this was YOUR personal list. What was the group of critics that was polled for this?
