The people that would complain about Transformers being racist IMO are similar to what Chris Rock is talking about in the funny video...people to dumb to understand it all...and no! again..i am not calling out a whole race here..watch the vid and listen to what he talks about.

Though i really wish Michael Bay examined Characters from G1 like Jazz and Blaster and brought them out in the movie instead of having them talk all street slang.

Collider's early take after the screening:

Just saw Transformers 2. Everyone I spoke with had a different opinion. Some hated it. Some liked it. I enjoyed it, with reservations

Also, the IMAX parts were cool but it's NO Dark Knight there. DK in IMAX was one of the best movie experiences ever. TF2 wasn't even close. Dark Knight had extended scenes in IMAX. TF2 has shots and then it's normal. Then it's back to IMAX. Then normal.

Ultimately, TF2 is missing the Spielberg dust of the first TF. It's loud and filled with action, but it doesn't have the magic. Still see it.

Sad to hear that it lacks the Spielberg magic, that was one of my favourite aspects of the first one, even if it could have been handled much better then it was.

Sounds pretty much on par with what to expect.

It's no Dark Knight, no ^^^^, Transformers will never be a Dark Knight type film, it's just mindless childish fun for 2 hours.

Just watched Revenge of the Fallen. It was the biggest pile of crap released this year ... yep Wolverine was better imo. The only saving grace was the slo-mo shots of Megan Fox's perfect boobs bouncing around. Even that disappointed with no nipple slippage action. The film was an EPIC FAIL.
BTW Skids and Mudflaps ... the new Jar Jar Binks TRUST ME!
