I don't see your point. For a PG13 version, he's pretty great. "Perfect" may have been a bit overboard, but he's not bad by any means.

No, he wasn't. He was great.Yes he was.
Every thing he said was horrible. With that goofy, fruffy accent he had on. Especially the scene where he awakens.

It's over acting at it's worst. Even Gerard Butler was a better Drac.
No, that is not what I'm trying to prove. He was a different version of the character, not as dark and "R" rated as Gary Oldman's. More quirky, dramatic, etc..He wasn't anything. You're trying to prove that he wasn't ____. Which he was.
Everyone was in that movie, Except Alan Silvestri. Always on his A Game.
My wife's a big Twilight fan, so sadly we own all the movies. To answer your question.
Renesmee's birth does happen in this one, and the final shot is Bella's rebirth. And make sure you watch about four minutes into the credits for another scene involving the Volturi.
Imo, the Twilight movies seem to be bits and pieces of other vampire/werewolf stories with MUCH more dramatic lovey crap.I've yet to see any of these movies or touch the books, and after hearing the author say that the publisher didn't except a draft of one of them because "It wasn't high school enough," I never will.
My wife just became a twihard in the last year which of course means I've now seen all the movies. People (well guys for the most part) are way too hard on these films.
They're better made than the SW PT and look how many Lucas apologists hang out here. At least Twilight has believable chemistry between the characters that actually drive the story and the resolution to the "love triangle" is unexpectedly original to say the least.
They're sappy love stories for gals with a supernatural twist. That doesn't mean they "suck," they're just aimed at a different demographic. Of course some of the dialogue and deliveries are subpar but that's nothing new to us considering a lot of the films that are supported here.

But for some reason it sure is fun to hate on this series. Though I must admit that I heard a bit of the first book on tape and the writing is awful. Like a 14 year olds diary awful.
It's just that the fourth movie and the third are so bad. Why would Jacob turn on his werewolf kind just to help some stupid girl. I mean damn dude you can get any girl you want
