Oh yeah.. I think it's already been confirmed: Roy Nelson (IFL/Elite XC/Affliction) and Wes Sims (Former UFC Fighter) will be joining Kimbo Slice for The Ultimate Fighter 10.

Wes Sims got KO but Frank Mir right? I can't really remember that far back but i'm pretty sure it was him. A tall lanky looking dude.

I don't think there's a perfect fight. I know **** happens, I'm not saying it doesn't. But if it was impairing him to win where all he could do is slap and not lock in submissions I think it impaired his ability to win. A ref stopped a fight against Ortiz and Shamrock because Shamrock had a swollen face but could still fight perfectly. So why continue a fight if a dude's hands are broken and it's impairing his ability to win?

dude they stopped that fight because Shamrock could no longer see properly out of his disfigured face, the guy's face got literally re-arranged. Not just because his face was swollen

Also, im confused,... you seem PRO Faber, yet you want the ref to call the fight early and take away ANY chance that Faber may have had of winning the fight. Perhaps by KO from a roundhouse or elbow, etc? lol. You realize if the fight was stopped early, he would have LOST right?

Hey why not. Let's be honest: Not only did EliteXC do that with Kimbo (feeding him UFC has-beens) but Affliction does it as well with Fedor. They always make sure to point out that the opponent WAS in the UFC.. or that they WERE a former UFC champion. In other words.. the competition ALWAYS mentions the UFC. So why not throw that back in their faces. hahahaha.. all's fair.

But honestly, I don't think that's the case since EliteXC is dead. So there would be no point in stressing UFC>EliteXC. The fact that the company went under is proof positive.

If you think about it though, Dana wins either way. If kimbo runs through the TUF opposition, he has a name that fills up seats to put on his show. If Slice get's embarrassed by the TUF opposition, he can say that he was right all along and that UFC has the BEST talent and kimbo slice can't cut it. Which would basically send the message that any other organization that signs Slice is signing a lesser fighter than ones in UFC. Gotta admit White is one smart mofo.

I don't think very many. A fan of Kimbo can't be seriously interested in the guy's skill...all they want to see is a brawl and him knock someone out.

For me, Im more about the skill and technique than the knockout.

dude, I've mma trained with my cousing who does this stuff.I know the rules. I know he would have lost but he didn't have a chance. He ends most ppl by his guitine choke. If you watch his fights you see that that's his best submission and he had Brown in it a few times but couldn't choke him out cause his hands were bad. It was impairing his ability to win. It might not be as bad as not being able to see but hurt his chances ESPECIALLY when he had his choke on Brown.

I don't have a problem with Brown,the dude's a monster and I have mad respect for him but I think Faber could have won if he had his hands and it sucks that he didn't have them. What was a great fight could have been an epic fight. I'm not hating on anyone I'm just voicing my opinion.

It looks like UFC 103 might be set for Dallas. Still not confirmed. Really good news for me. That should be around September or October. So I speculate maybe Machida vs Shogun for the main event.

I mentioned this a couple of pages ago. Shogun is literally the last big name, without a schedule conflict, and he's not coming off a loss.

The only guy I know that can lose a fight and get a title shot in their next fight is Randy Couture.

Upon further review it looks like Machida vs Shogun is already set for UFC 104 in LA in October.
