Rampage should fight Franklin, but I doubt Franklin would accept, not because he's afraid but he seems more like (like you said) a top fighter fighting kind of guy, and yes it was quite awesome, I remember watching and screaming "OHHHHH SHIIIIIIIIIII...."

Yeah, I think Rich could probably pull a W from Quinton, but at the same time if they kept it standing I dont doubt that Quinton could make something happen...now Quinton fighting Machida...thats a different story because he'd have to catch Machida first and we also know how Quinton doesnt like to check kicks. Either way both fights would be interesting to me.

He needs to train with an american camp to get back his wrestling and a kickboxing coach. And he needs some decent sparing partners. Can Fighter #1 isnt going to provide what you need.

yeah I think the biggest thing is Quinton needs to get back to wrestling and if he doesnt want to use it at least for defensive matters to stop the take downs or to get to a more dominant position so he can stand back up.

Rashad didnt really do any damage to him and Rampage was still dog tired. That clinch game took the gas right out of him. I mean Rashad was trying against GSP and Carwin... who was Rampage training against? he needs to get back to wrestling and some jj.

Next time he fights, I wanna see a slam. BOOM.

Word is he's most likely going to be fighting lil Nog at UFC 119 on September 25. We were speculating a few pages back about it being the main event but it might end up being the co-main event now if Lesnar fights Cain on that card for the UFC HW Title.

I really do think Q's slam is gone. Again dealing with the cardio issue, I dont think you'll be seeing the slam anytime soon. He really does need to go back to basics, hes got good hands and good power, but he needs to step his ground game up.

As for Jon Jones...Vlady is going down. Jones is going to crush him. I so cant wait for that fight.

I love the slams but I'd have to agree, Quinton used to have GREAT cardio, especially back in the pride days. He needs to get back on his horse, so to speak.

Werdum is apparently having surgery on his arm (long standing injury) so Strikeforce is considering putting Fedor (who just lost in 69 seconds by submission) in a SF HW Title match with Overeem. That would be back-to-back title defenses for Overeem against guys coming off of a loss (Rogers lost to Fedor by TKO before he got his title shot). Pathetic.
