Brett Rogers won his fight on Saturday. Poor guy had to go to the minor, minor, MINOR leagues to get a win. He fought Warpath (18-18-3 going into the fight) smh. Rogers won by decision.

Hmm yeah I was wondering where he Brett went. I hadnt heard about him in a while.

Nah, the ones on Spike I go ahead and stay home for those and usually just order a pizza and get some wings or something. We only go there for the PPV's but I also have been for a few boxing matches and when the WEC went PPV and also back when Affliction was doing there shows. So yeah mostly for the bigger events do I go there, but Ive gone there enough now that most of the staff knows me and im friends with the GM.

Im not a Cain fan, nor am I a fan of Brock. Im just happy that someone like Brock doesnt have the title any more. I like champions to be skilled, not just hard hitters or bigger than people.

I loved the card, except for the shields fight. What a boring fighter that guy is. Just controls his way to a split decision. Dana should make him fight one more before a title shot IMO. Cain is a beast, and his next fight is going to be awesome

that was a waste of my time too. Could have been way better from the two.

I say Shields vs Mayhem rematch first just for the heck of it and for the fans.

Yeah I agree. I was shaking my head how that guy keeps winning his fights without actually fighting.

I was most impressed by Diego Sanchez. I did NOT have him winning. Cain showed the world he is the REAL DEAL. I still think JDS will KO him.

Yeah, I thought he was gonna get choked out multiple times in that fight. And every time he slipped out. Great performance and return back to 170 for him. Hell.. if Thiago would've won I was gonna suggest nicknaming him "TUF 1 Killah" because he already destroyed Kos and Swick.

Cain showed the world he is the REAL DEAL. I still think JDS will KO him.

I'm picking JDS for that match as well.

As for Brock Lesnar...

It's funny.. I mentioned in this thread about Frank Mir and how IMO he shuts down when he starts getting beat down and now it looks like Lesnar is the same. He survived Carwin's attack but only because Carwin gassed and wasn't really landing any significant GnP.

Still, the guy's only 5 - 2. He still has a lot of room for improvement. And I still think he can maul a lot of the HW division. He'll win more fights than he'll lose that's for sure.

I'm glad Deigo won. I was a bit torn when Hallaway beat him and when I heard he was fighting Thiago, I knew it would be a tough fight for him. Shows that he is still a good fighter.

That win for Cain will give his opponents alot of fear, ala Mike Tyson. If Cain's chin stands the test he'll be champ for awhile.

Well i believe Roy has only been KO'd once before but I could be wrong. I think Cain has the upper hand in this fight. The only thing is, how well does JDS work off of his back?

Roy has never been actually KO'ed unconscious. He has a TKO loss to Arlovski and he was knocked silly.. but no more so than the JDS fight. Dude has an iron chin and can take a punch if nothing else.

Did he get his BJJ BB before or after his Submission (and only) loss (11/10/07)? I've heard numerous times that JDS is supposedly comfortable and dangerous off his back.. but iunno. Talk is cheap. Until I see it, it's all speculation because anyone can be the ish in training.
