I'm getting my refund as soon as i send pictures of this statue smashed up. :yess:


Funny that you're talking about getting a full refund. I just sent back my first piece for full refund and got this. Confused about the bold print. So, I don't get my $30 automatically refunded for a defective (CG missing emblems) piece? How do full refunds work with SSC?

We wanted to take a moment to confirm that your returned product (Cobra Commander Diorama - Exclusive) was recently received and checked into our warehouse. As such, a refund in the amount of $305.82 will be issued directly to your credit card on file. We ask that you allow 7 to 10 business days for your financial institution to apply this refund to your balance. If you have any questions about posting time please contact your financial institution directly as they will have the most accurate information.



Please note that there is a remaining $30.00 NRD refund for this order that has not been refunded. Would you like this partial refund applied to one of your existing preorders? Please let us know how you would like to proceed with this part of your refund.





Also please expect the earned rewards points for this order to be deducted from your balance.

Hmm! I'll let you know if they do that with my refund. I've just sent them the pictures, so i should hear something soon. I was under the impression that if the item was broken etc then you get a full refund? Bit crap if they get to keep your NRD even though the item is broken.

Broken or comes from the factory by the masses with missing very important insignias. Talking about holding on to your money...LOL!!!

If they just apply it to one of my other orders then it's no big deal, but if you don't have anything on order, then how can they keep your money when it's not your fault the item was broken? :dunno

It just sounds like they are giving you the option to have the NRD applied to another order you have with them. Personally I would apply it to another order as you have to pay for it eventually anyway, but if you need the money now then you should get the NRD refunded too. Good luck.

I called cust service half dozen times yesterday and just got the answering machine and left a message. What kind of half @ssed company doesn't have live customer service? Yeah they may be busy, but the phone should keep ringing until someone picks up. I am the one being inconvenienced with a defect product and they have the option of getting back to me when they can?? It just infuriates me more. They are right on top of things when it comes time to charge you for an NRD or Flex pay installment but customer service is now operating under "we'll get back to you when we can poilcy"? Of course I still haven't heard back from them yet, so I will be calling again today. Pain in the @ss...

EDIT: Actually you best not post the pics just in case someone sees them and try's to pass them off as their own in order to get their money back and still keep a mint statue

They probably keep pictures that people send and check them just in case of things like this. :lol
 
The customer service at SSC is one of the best. Yah the odd time you might get an answering machine but you can always call them at a later time. I give them 9/10 as an overall rating.
 
Yah. :eek: I used $200 points for it. Acronym for reorder is RO by the way ;)

I just can't believe you sometimes, holmes :slap This looks like a 30$ Marvel Select Toy...You're going to have to spend at least 300$ more to get it re-painted by painter x...There are so many better statues you could have spent those 200 pts on :dunno
 
well, the problem is there wont be another ultron so either you get it or you dont have an ultron :/ It's not like predator or ironman where you can pick and choose.

It doesnt make what sideshow did right though. Sideshow was a much better company back when it was small, how do you make more money but produce worse products is beyond me. Did you guys know they shipped the $350 snake eyes statue missing a second head, yes just missing. Of course if you bought it from a retail store they wont replace because the stores has no idea to them it's a brand new sealed product they sold you.. and sideshow wont replace it either since you didnt buy from them directly. What a load of crap.
