What was wrong with it?

On a seperate note, James Marsters will be in the city on April for an EXPO.

Both head sculpts have chipped ears (of all things.)

And there a few chips in the base. The body came out perfect, but I had to send everything back.

Next to Cap he looks so small but compared to the Doom PF it looks pretty freaking big.

I think it has something to with his stance. How he's leaning backwards & Cap is stepping forward with his chest all puffed up.

Just contacted Sideshow again regarding another replacement.
It seems mine sometimes doesn't light up. Now I have 2 Ultrons laying around.

Well you know they are not going to send you out another replacement. They'll either give you some kind of credit or tell you to send it back for a full refund.

I'd take the credit if it comes down to that. Here's the recent reply they've sent me:

I hoping that they do send you out another replacement. I've been in that boat with my Lion-O PF. Had to send it back for a full refund after the second replacement came looking worse than the original. The good thing was it was still in stock, so I could just place another order and start the whole process over again if came messed up.

I think I've heard on the rare occasion of them sending out a 3rd replacement part.

I just want a non-broken piece & working light-up feature. I don't expect a good paint job or what so ever since I'll get him retouched anyway.

Fortunately there isn't but it's still much worse than my 1st one.

I got this yesterday. It is an awesome sculpt ruined because it has what I consider ____ house quality paint apps. There are also some details on cables and armour joins that look like they were lost or lessened in the molding process.
Mine has light coming out thru the paint on the left collar bone and one of the orange holes in the top of his head.
The air brushing of dark grey on the armour lines on the legs looks like a drunk guy did it in a rush. On the leg in the pic it misses the lowest armour line completely, crossing over it only to miss it again. . The line above it is no better.
I know "each piece is individually painted and finished, each with its own unique quality and detail that is the trademark of a handcrafted Sideshow Collectibles product" but I think that paint app is ____ing ____.
As others have said the orange paint over spray looks bad when the statue is unlit. It is quite impressive when lit up tho but the overspray was unnecessary for the light up to look good.
The cape should have been wired.
