Yeah, but you have to take into consideration when I got the piece. I was one of the 1st to recieve it. They'll eventually get to you.
How long did it take for them to respond? This has never been this long for me because it usually takes 4 days. Now it's almost 2 weeks and still nothing....

I just heard from them today and I have to ship my Ultron back before they will send out the replacement.

I have updated the shipping address on your replacement order to ship directly to ARH Studios. The lights will be tested and your item inspected prior to shipment as well.
