It's hard for old-school fans to be objective about Vader. The nostalgia factor cuts in.

He's in the SSC codes thread.
Do not speak of he who shall not be named.
One, two, he's coming for you.
He's growing stronger....I can feel it.
They ride on Sideshow speeder bikes and carry plastic light sabers.
Does he have a following like the Deatheaters?
Codes? Hmmm... Never knew there was such a thread.
Vader is overrated as a villain, not as a character, but as a villain...he was only good on episodes 4 and 5. ROTJ ruined Vader as a villain...long before the prequels put the final nail in the coffin![]()
Just re-watched the Harry Potter films this weekend (actually my kids did, I passively followed along while surfing)
I think the last film lets the whole series down. Eight films and the end of the last film has the dumbest freaking ending. Stick the actors in bad middle age makeup and send the next generation off to school.
Lord of the Rings had three movies and 4 big ass endings. Everyone had a proper sendoff.
I could say that the last book was very different... mmm, not.Just re-watched the Harry Potter films this weekend (actually my kids did, I passively followed along while surfing)

BUT the book series is indeed way better than films. The ones directed by David Yates are the worst.
