I kid, I kid. Most of those I pulled out of my ass, but some of them are very real. 100% is only in your mind.

My mind says I'm 80% there... I'm not going to get into "Hoth Han, tan plastic leg variant" and all that crap. Hell, I'm not even getting into Orange and Brown snake Yoda, etc.

I also didn't include Blue Snags on my list... though I will get one at some point.

And yeah, I mean 4-Lom but I'm calling him Zuckuss since that's the way he was carded, of course... still, I confuse myself all the time by trying to stay OG like that.

Truthfully who really cares, no biggie. I am kidding. The only variants I have are Luke Jedi blue & green saber, Ugnaught with a purple & blue apron, and Orange & Brown snake (better) Yoda. And 4-LOM is Zuckuss.

I consider Blue Snaggs to be a necessary figure... but he's more like an entirely different figure than a tan leg variant or Kenobi with gray hair.

The COO variants are pretty much for the incredibly picky, though I wouldn't mind having the brown haired Bespin Luke.

Okay, new list and I'm down to 20. The only bad thing is there's not many left that can be picked up somewhat cheaply. I count around 5 that will run 15 or less... the others will all be 30 and up (way up for a few).

Small and large head Han is one I do have... Repro Jawa Vinyl cape along with a normal cloth hoodie... Maybe hair color variants for one or two.... Blue Snags is a must but that will be after the normal carded versions are collected.

I'm following a 2-1B and Royal Guard right now.... RS has been really dry over the last month so I've been eBaying.

What's up with the Vader sig and avatar? You going to Waller route and picking up a dome? Me, I think the Michael Keaton mouth thingy is hilarious and I like Indiana Jones.

Paint variants I can deal with and sculpt differences like the SW Hans are legit variants. I think the Imp. Officer's are different enough to double dip on.

One of my Biker Scouts arms are to closer to his sides than the others and I'm sure there are other minor bits different on him that are so miniscule they're barely there at all. I inadvertantly wound up with all the General Madine variants and they're nothing write home about. Those are the crazy ones.

Nah... though I did consider it right before the pre-order.

I've had a ton of goofy avi/sigs as of late... I just liked the Vader dome with 'Born to kill' so the sig followed. Plus I just finished modding my SS Vader to the point where I'm in action figure love.

I didn't even know there was a Madine variant... I just want one of each of the carded figs at this point. Any variants after the fact will be of my choosing and not because I feel the need to buy them to complete my collection... That would get really crazy really fast.

I did have 3 figures show up today. R2-D2 12 back. Pop up R2-D2 and Driods R2-D2(minus saber).

As far as variants Bluesnags is a must. I have a repo vc jawa. I have so many jawas I actually have 4 variants. I have big eye and small eye versions, the vc (repo) and cloth versions and even have a no coo version. Would love DT sabers but those are way to much unless I go repo.
