Besides Defiance and Warehouse 13 what scripted shows does SyFy have? Can they really not maintain more than one show at a time? Maybe they should cut back on their crappy low budget movies.

Haven. That's about it. And a kickstarter won't work, sadly. I asked Jack Kenny and he said it probably wouldn't work.

Continuum is the only one that I've watched. It's so-so IMO. I tried watching the first season, but the entire time I felt it was just another rehash of a show that's been done better before.

It's too bad. :(

I'm not one for a lot of the stuff SyFy pumps out, but thanks to BG I recently got into the show and it was entertaining. It's ashamed that this show got cancelled.

Battlestar and Eureka are two shows that I think are Sci-Fi's best. I also fondly remember First Wave and The Invisible Man that came out a long time ago.

At least we were exposed to it at all. It's sad it's ending but I am glad to have had it than not at all. :1-1:

Also, check this out....

Yep, QMx.

I enjoyed last night's episode. It felt very season 1 to me. Loving that there is a big bad as well and not just a one and done.

I like Kelly Hu a lot so I can accept her as the new innkeeper. She's very nice to look at, too.

I can't imagine killing a person. I'm sad if I step on a bug by accident. It's really important that Artie gets help. He needs to be able to cry about it. Not just to someone who will listen, but a professional who can help him through it. I loved his moment at the end. I wanted to hug him.

It was nice that the episode focused on an episodic baddie, that ended, but also what seems more like a big bad, that will keep you questioning. Always important to have both.

I'm just devastated. Way to take HG far out of character.

I was waiting to hear what you thought of that.

Is it wierd that when I first saw the "Domestic Bliss" HG scene, my first thought was... "Buffy Girl" is screaming right now! :lol

For the record, it seemed a stretch to me as well.

Listen, I can handle Myka and HG not being a couple. Seriously, that doesn't bother me.

What I hate is that I built this tv kind of love for HG's badass character. A character that said the Warehouse was her home. A woman who also fought against the masses to be different. I honestly do not see her leaving the Warehouse for a boring housewife job. Not even to protect Myka. You do not leave someone you love behind and shack up with another person and then not even call the person you love to say hey...I am alive. I gave the astrolabe back and now I'm just doing my own thing. Pfft.

It's also very clear that HG is there because of the kid. Nice way to honor Christina's memory by replacing it with another young girl. BOOOO. The writers can be so inconsistent sometimes.

On the other hand...I LOVE Abigail. I really enjoyed her character and her interaction with Claudia. I think Claudia needed it. What I cannot stand is the fangirls going on about how they 'ship' Abigail and Claudia. Wtf...can two female characters not be in a scene together these days without people starting to see a romantic connection? Embarrassing. :lol

Claudia was a badass. She really stepped up and I liked seeing her finally open up as well. 'She took my banana' was the best part of the night I think.

I still do not want Myka and Pete to hook up. I'd actually prefer it if no one did. Everyone just goes on with their lives and we can use our imaginations as to where the characters will end up. Win/win.

I hate the writers, I hate Brent Mote and Jack Kenny is a tool. That's my final say. :D

Myka has cancer. I'm sure she'll be fine as she's one of the leads. It was also interesting to see that Abigail has a bigger role to play than just inkeeper.

Next Monday is the finale. I'm actually welcoming it. I will never be happy that my show is ending but I feel like they really lost touch with so many great opportunities. Especially utilizing HG. Forget about her and Myka. I'm just talking straight up HG Wells. What a fantastic character. Adwin should have been on more, as well. I've always loved his presence on screen. I really should be writing for that show, dang it.

Anyways. We will be waiting a year almost for its return. Seriously, 1 year for a whole 6 episodes? :slap

As for last nights, besides what I put in spoilers, I really enjoyed it. The characters played very well off each other (must be that BTVS chemistry) and I enjoyed the storyline so much. Win in my books. Especially after the previous weeks fail.

I'm not keen on this show really and I'm afraid only tuned in for these two. :D
