Retailers are now starting to sell this and Balrog . BBTS HAS SMAUG FOR $699

I placed a holder at bbts but also yesterday had finally put down the $100 for Smaug at Weta... though there was some problem with my order and even though I got charged $751 on my card, my order isn't showing up on Weta's site and I got no confirmation email. Having customer support look into it. I think I'll just stay with Weta though... straight from the source in case of any issues.

Also, I found this today in my travels. Going to display it next to Smaug when he arrives

They won't do this, which is kinda disheartening for ppl who already shoved the money in.

Same here. So you canceled your first order and just reordered with both discounts?

Well I placed new orders for Balrog and Smaug... resisting ordering Thranduil too... but I haven't cancelled my old orders yet. I'm going to call them on my lunch break to do that.

Preordered Smaug for $619 shipped and no NRD taken out. Used my last 16 Weta dollars too. Both the 15% Advent sale combined with the $50 original discount was a good deal and still when this ships am gonna get over $85 in Weta dollars back I will stick to my guns and still will say this doesn't sell out for a long while but I just had to get it with this deal. I thought it was a good one. I still haven't ordered the Balrog yet too. I also think it will not sell out quickly and will wait when ready, just not yet
