My $100 NRD for Smaug was recently charged, so no go on that %15.
For my Balrog order, I emailed them to see if I need to cancell and reorder or if they would apply the %15 to my current order.
I figure they'll see my email faster than I can call them.

It's weekend in NZ and the support will most likely reply way after WOOTWOOT has expired. (Remember the code is supposed to work for 24hours and it has already been going for at least 12hours
) If I were you I would launch my second preorder right now and later ask them if you could sneak 15% bonus into your first PO. If yes --> cancel second PO. If no ---> cancel first PO.

Seriously. I am mad that I passed on Thranduil at bbts when he was $220 and with the code plus weta dollars it's right about $220.
Then again I also kind of want to hold off and get his Battle of Five Armies version, which is in all sorts of badass armor. I definitely don't need two Thranduil statues.

Mostly we are getting small discounts and I am kinda glad because Q4 has been so bad for my wallet so far.

Yup. That's the app in facebook reading the time of the system it's on. It's probably the only way they could set it up.
There is a setup a problem, the promotion from what I read was advertised that the Day will open up according to the timezone of your location.
The December 6 box never opened up until today but the code advertised for today says it expired on 12/5/2014.

You can VIEW the box based on your timezone. But you can APPLY the offer based on NZ timezone. This results in the code already coming to an end shortly after Europeans let alone Americans discovered it.
That's the problem
Well put, defeats the whole purpose of the Weta Calendar if the actual promotion goes by NZ time but the boxes are revealed by individual timezones.
