The Black Keys - El Camino

Incredible album from beginning to end. One of my favourites.

I'd say check this song and that song out but they're all great. If I was to pick one it would be "Little Black Submarines"

Another masterpiece...

Probably my favorite Elvis Costello song:

Was that the PBS special? If so, then I did. Really good. Pearl Jam have made some of the best rock music of the last 20 years IMO.

Yep, that's the one. I'm thinking of getting the Blu-ray; it has a lot of bonus material.

I love old Opeth because first and foremost they are a death metal band with progressive and melodic elements. Heritage just isn't sticking on me, not enough melodic elements and lacks that darker edge the old Opeth had but, its Mikaels band and i knew it was only a matter of time before the prog side outshined the death metal side.

Still giving Heritage and the new line up a shot even though i miss the older members and the chemistry they had together.

Understandable. I always wonder if his friendship with SW had an impact on where Mikael has gone musically. I'm also looking forward to Storm Corrosion, should be amazing.

Anyways, I've been listening to The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo score by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.
