Starting to read Elantris by Brandon Sanderson.

Just finished his Stormlight Archive series (The Way of Kings and Words of Radiance) and loved it, can't wait for the rest of the series!

Have you read Mistborn? Another good series by him.

And now for some more Harry Potter:

I picked up the illustrated version of The Philosopers Stone. Just amazing illustrations!

It's on my list! Been reading a lot of series so want to read a stand-alone one at the moment.

And those illustrations are fantastic.

That's very cool, I didn't know that was out. :)

They really are great illustrations.

The only bad part is that they are only releasing one each year (Chamber of Secrets is coming in october) so it will be a while before I have them all.

And it's a big book, I can't imagine how big Order of the Phoenix will be. :lol

Used bookstore run:

R. Chandler, Pick-up on Noon Street.
Short crime stories, enjoyable Chandler if you like the genre.
R. Chandler, The High Window.
J. Thompson, Pop. 1280.
J. Thompson, The Golden Gizmo.
J. Thompson, Recoil.
J. Thompson, Cropper's Cabin.
P. Roth, The Dying Animal.
I like Roth as a writer, this was not all that special to me but still a good (Roth) read.
P. Roth, Patrimony.
R. Matheson, The Beardless Warrior.

Starting on Recoil now, love me some Jim Thompson.

After having it in my audiobook backlog for a long time I finally got around to listening to The Martian. Really good, highly recommended.

I'm reading all Robert E Howard's Conan stories in release order, since I've only read them in comicbook form.

They're literally the same thing :lol

I started reading some Star Trek books. Star Trek Academy and I just got my first graphic novel.

Started re-reading Stephen King's "It".
Hadn't read it in ages. Actually, I think I've only ever read once. So far, it's gripping!

On the comics front, is anybody else reading Dark Horse's Aliens Defiance?
Solid read and I love the art, highly recommended.
