By who and what for?

Some jerk off in Latvia. He got a hold of my credit card number some how. We think he ordered a bunch of clothes from a danish site (using some strangers credit card number) and had it shipped to a lady in another town. He called her and asked her to ship the package to him in Latvia and probably offered some money to do it. She agreed and DHL picked up the package. A few days later (Thursday) i was missing $845. Turns out i'm such a nice guy that i paid for the shipping costs. All i had left was about $50 and a blocked credit card
So i got to spend most of Thursday at the bank and police station. The bank is giving me my money back soon and i just got the new credit card but i also ordered a Mastercard/debit card (havnt arrived yet) which will be my online card. It can't be overdrawn so i just add some money everytime i make an online purchase.
