What film would you reboot?

On the Beach, 1959 movie with Gregory Peck. Post apocalyptic sci-fi. Depressing as hell, and would be worth revisiting. Only problem is, they'd probably want to go away from the nuclear fall out angle (doesn't resonate as well these days), but that's sort of a key aspect to what's happening.

Them. The CGI would kick butt, and while the original is a 'classic', it's also very cheesy all around. However, the opening sequence is chilling, and I think if it was handled right, could be pretty good. With some people's current fears over GMO's (it's the attack of the killer tomatoes!), giant insects might be appealing. Then again, how about remaking Attack of the Killer Tomatoes!

I loved watching the last star fighter when I was younger but it's difficult to watch today. Great story but could use an upgrade

Childs play, the Warriors , and maybe jaws? Idk.

I would like them to remaster Alien. Not really a reboot, keep everything but try to work out on the graphics. I mean kind of like how they went back with The Phantom Menace to add Yoda to avoid that ****y puppet.

I'd also really like a "Lord of the Flies" reboot. The films that have tried just don't do well, some other literature ones that could do well in a reboot would be "Dante's Inferno or overall The Divine Comedy", "Of Mice and Men", and "To Kill a Mockingbird".
