do we know for sure that Kane has not granted likeness? or are we just assuming that based on them not releasing pics of him yet?

Hurt did not grant his likeness... There will still be a human head released with the Kane figure, but it won't look like John Hurt.

Damn, that really sucks... now I'm not sure if I want to keep my Kane figure. But at the same time, he's cooler looking than the Dallas which I didn't order. All I can say is, boo.

Hmmm. Too bad Hurt didn't grant his likeness, but I'll still pick up the figure... I'm sure we'll see a few custom or commission heads some down the pike. Could they even release a military soldier with a Kane head later down the line? I doubt Ed Norton, Terrance Howard, or Russel Crowe granted likenesses but some nice sculpts have popped up in the military line.

A little disappointing but not a deal breaker. The suits are the my main reason for picking these up.

Hopefully the sculpt is like Hurt and they paint it differently to minimize the likeness like they did with the Marines.
