Out of all the figures Hot toys could make, you would want a DX spider-man? Hot toys is already going to make spiderman figures, I dont see the need for a DX spidey.

Since it's already been hinted, I would like Rambo to be next, hopefully from the 4th film, to round out the HT Rambo lineup.
After that, Jack Sparrow would be my next vote, if ever a character could really benefit from PERS technology, it's Captain Jack.

Spider-Man (and villains) should get the DX treatment right off the bat. I love the idea of HT using new characters they haven't done before but as DX projects.
I mean, really, imagine a DX Doctor Octopus. The nature of his character design would practically require DX treatment.

A Jack Sparrow would be awesome. But if I had to choose I would still go with a DX Rambo or even a DX Rocky.

Does the next Rocky figure need to be a DX though?
Sadly, I'm not sure how much a plan or just tossed around ideas, i don't believe Iron Man was mentioned for DX in that article but he was developed.
Does he need PERS, no, but DX line isn't just PERS, it's just MMS figures that go above and beyond a standard release. I'd be all for a deluxe Rocky set, especially when it's likely the next will also be the last.

Right, but what included items/features would Rocky need for it to necessitate a DX label?
Two full figures would do it, Rocky 1 and Rocky 6, Rocky 1 with street clothes, training clothes and fight clothes would be pretty in depth, Rocky and Mickey 2 pack.

Agreed but I would still love to have something of Rocky in part 1.
Pretty much any Rocky they do would be fine, they've done 3 and 4 already, so that leave 1, 2 or 6, nothing even worth making from 5.
I'd be up for Rocky 2 with clean and BD fight heads and a Dutch style shoulder joint so you could raise his hands over his head holding the belt, "Yo Adrian..."
