No. Back in the box they went. I will have room if the boyfriend ever finishes redoing the floor in the basement. I'm waiting for that to be done before I buy more detolfs.
I've been waiting for around 4 months with no progress. :(

I love the fact that there is no wait. I've always hated the wait and always ended up getting the stuff I really wanted from SS because of the 2, 3 month wait.

Thats awesome, but how did you manage to get it though coz I thought we were not able to get things like this imported into the UK coz its classed as a weapon!!

Congrats :rock

I think theres exemptions for collectors etc. Its obviously a collectible and is made to go on a wall. If you went walking down the street with it then its a different story.

Its like with Katanas. If your a martial arts practitioner or a collector then you can be exempt. Because that crap was to clamp down on the cheap ones you saw on markets. Katanas needed by marial arts practitioners and collectors, those swords easily run into the thousands of pounds and sometimes tens of thousands. They either have to be Made before a certain date, or produced (in japan I think) using traditional manufactoring methods. Hand forged and sharpened etc.

EDIT: What I think is daft about Katanas being banned in the UK (thanks to buggers acting like idiots with them), is that the ban applies to curved blades over a certain length. Ninja swords are forged using similar techniques to katanas (yet arnt curved or as strong or sharp) and can cause as much damage, but because the blade is straight, it doesnt fall under the stigma with Katanas. Ofcourse theyre still offensive weapons and such, but the negative stigma with Katanas just pisses me off

Thats just what I heard though. Dont take it as written in stone I may be wrong.

Your right I bought the Terminator T-600 bust and the Iron Man Mark 3 Helmet. I am going life size now.
