Who would win ? Predator or Terminator !

Predator... what typically beats the "bad guy" in these kind of films is cunning. The Predator (while maybe less cunning than Dutch) would be more adaptable and would be able to out think a T-800.

Now if it was just a stand up fight I'm sure the Terminator would win, but what fun would that be.

If were talking the original predator then without his shoulder cannon I don't see how he could kill a terminator in a straight up fight, unless his wrist blades could cut through the t-800. But if it's like a drawn out fight where the pred could use his surroundings then it's a toss up.

Voted Terminator. I'm surprised predator is winning the poll. Terminator would win on physical grounds and, with its ''learning computer'' would be no less capable of cunning than the predator. And T-800s were not created by humans - they were created by Skynet using other machines, no?

Terminator got outsmarted and squished by a waitress who looks like Willem Dafoe in drag.
clearly, neither can get by on smarts.

in the end, their tech didn't do them much good either.

so, it'll come down to strength.
and i bet Terminator's alloy hydrolics are much stronger than the Predator's ambiguous/undetermined strength level.

I picked the Terminator. The terminators have been shot dozens upon dozens of times. The Predator can barely take one bullet before retreating. Plus, with the Predator's heat vision, could it even see the metal Endoskeleton (assuming it is not disguised with the living flesh)?

in hand to hand combat in the middle of a desert........terminator easy, but u start to throw them in a jungle or a busy city, the pred could prolly use that to his advantage cause thats what they do best. a pred needs to attack stealthfully or he will lose....NO DOUBT......so its a toss imo unless there locked up in a cage. environment is the deciding factor w/ no weapons in play

That brings up a rant. I'm starting to think Preds are b1tches. How many times do they come here and get killed? Scar didn't need to die. Wolf didn't need to die to make a happy ending. I want to see a movie where the Predator actually wins. That's why they are cool. Not because they eventually get taken down.

Thank you for posting that. I've been meaning to call out the Predators for a while now but haven't had the heart cause dammit I love the ugly mother^^^^^ers. I also want a movie where the Predator(s) stomp some ass. Hard.

People seem to forget that 1000s of Terminators got their asses handed to them in the post Judgement Day war. I can pretty much guarantee that 1000s of Predators would pretty much end the human race.

And a full plasma blast would basically melt a T-800 torso to liquid, so no idea why some ppl said a plasma blast would not take out a terminator.

Terminators are designed to kill humans... A cloaked pred would absolutely ^^^in annihilate a factory full of these silly shiny robots.
