It really gets down to whether you like your Vader as a more regal Bond villain type or as a Dog-of-War henchman type.

I love both versions. And I have gone back and forth over the years as to which I prefer. But I'd have to say I prefer the initial iteration of Vader from Star Wars the best... but not by much... and thankfully its the same guy so I don't have to choose.

I'm also very happy that RO expanded upon my dog-of-war.

Yes, I love that RO gave us the dog off his leash. Watching RO and ANH back to back really enhances the feeling of Vader being a beast who needs to be carefully restrained.
