Why is it so difficult to keep discussion about movies in the movie section?

Honestly, I don't even go to new movie threads much anymore because people are thoughtless about that kind of thing and just blurt out spoilers whenever. And I'm staying away from HT Avengers threads because I don't want to encounter any of it. So, I know the effect this has had on me, and can only imagine others are experiencing something similar. *********gery and thoughtlessness to post that kind of thing.

I agree. There are spoilers all over all the Avengers figures threads without the use of the spoiler tabs.

This is a great discussion about where we should discuss movies. I even saw a reference to an X-men movie in the Storm PF thread and I was almost overwhelmed. They didn't even put a spoiler tag when they said Wolverine was in it. Luckily, I held it together. Barely. :x

I vote that everyone not using a spoiler tag should be drawn (this is the Marvel section after all) and quartered, or possibly just decapitated. Whichever choice is fine.

Pretty engaging stuff, but maybe the thread should be moved to the movie section. Either that or mirrored in every other section on this board!

hardly go into the Avengers threads as there are Spoilers abound, even before the film released everywhere

Though from peoples Sig Gifs and images i've now seen half the cool bits from the film anyway

I plan on staying away from all Marvel threads starting tonight at midnight until I see Avengers. People have no brains when it comes to spoilers.

Then a lot of people will be getting infractions. Not everyone here can go see the movie on opening day, and that shouldn't prohibit them from being able to read through threads about collectibles. If you want to post a spoiler, use the spoiler tag.

If movie talk gets too out of hand, then it should get out of the figure threads. But if it's a thread about a figure from a movie, then there's gonna be overlapping discussions to some extent.
