Well thats what I thought at first, but if it is he's got a hell of lot of them from somewhere.

yeah he just bought alot of Medi Jacks. u can tell by the molded boots, hands and coat. i love his sculpt but still can't figure out why he uses the molded bandana. probably since he has so many Medi Jacks he tries to use as much of them as possible lol. Sovereign showed that a cloth bandana can be used just fine.
