Will The Hobbit make more $ than Avengers or TDKR?

This will make no less than 1 billion. I'm figuring somewhere in the 1.1-1.2 Billion range.

This story is loved worldwide and will be successful and many have had an opposite reaction to yours. Even after watching it on DVD for the first time they loved it plus many who have watched it a second time now like it even more. Many also think the second film will be better

Takings for a movie always grow year on year, and judging by what I know we're going to see from reading the book, this is going to be an epic movie. Do you really expect this to be worse or the same as the previous movie in terms of enjoyment? This is going to build to a grand conclusion, just like last time.
