I'm only speaking on the bio-mask. And yes, I obviously don't own this piece, the same as you guys obviously spent roughly two-thousand dollars on it.
The mask looks soft. It's not nearly as detailed as it should have or could have been. Seeing it in person isn't going to change that. The whole point of photographing these collectibles is to see what you're getting. Sure, most look more impressive in person, and the sheer size is definitely going to increase the "wow" factor, but the flaws will still remain.
Regarding the cheeks, like I said, I've just always thought they stick out too much. They're not as narrow and defined as they should be. On this bio they're fat/wide/flat/whatever word you want to use.
The prototype bio looked pretty much the same from what I remember.
Your point is a valid one. I will not say it isn't. I would agree it's not screen accurate. Everyone's point here is a valid one. I'm not knocking that. They could have highlighted the glyphs more. Made the mask look less silver. Put red paint to highlight the lazer parts etc. yes these are things they could have done. But for me without looking at and comparing it with the movie version is good enough for me. And to be perfectly honest with you I do prefer the unmasked head sculpt more. The prototype mask did look the same. Most of the complaints were to do with the netting on the legs!
