The base is very detailed almost like getting two statues.

the very fact that they have lumped it under the LSF gives you a clue that this will be 1500 and up.

have a feeling the 1:4 Sauron is going to be under this LSF too.

I really don't see the logic of dumping it into the LSF line if its not 1:2 scale. I mean thats what the Legendary Scale is all about. Even the busts are roughly 1:2. I guess we'll all know on March 27th

As I have always stated, I think for the size of it, it should be 1.2-1.5k but as with sideshow I am going to say it will be 2k along with all the other LSF Pieces. I would hope it would be $1200 and id imagine they would sell out for that price but at $2000 I really think its going to be a hard sell for many people who do not have unlimited amounts of money to spend on the statue.

For North of 2k I certainly can. There is this thing called a wife you may not have heard of before. Not only that, I can not justify spending that much on a statue that is only 1/4th scale, which it appears this thing really is. I will wait to see the final stat's before the final decision I make on purchasing it. At the moment I can not fork over the money for it and do not have it readily available over 1.2k so I am even on the fence about it costing more than that ( I certainly feel like it will be over 1.5k for sure ). The money I had set aside for this statue I ended up putting down on my new car ( which was far more important to me than an object that would just sit in one place ). In either case, I hope SS surprises me with a good cut in the cost I expect this to be. If be cheaper than we are all expecting I will be picking it up for certain, even if I have to sell some of my other pieces to obtain it. As it is the holy grail piece for me.....much like others with the optimus prime.

sideshow isnt actually making this one, it's a different company similar to legacy ironman...thank goodness...

AFAIK, Sideshow is working on this in conjunction with ADI. The production pieces will be done at the hands of workers in China though!
