Yes and in an "ask sideshow" it was asked and they confirmed it was being done

i cancelled my EX so i can get the brown. hopefully a lucky freak gets it.

If anyone thinks Brown is gonna have a much smaller es, you're only kidding yourself. With all these people canceling because of brown... SS will take that info in and put up a decent ES and hope to make up for "losses" on the current Wolverine PF.

If I had to guess, ES of 500 or possibly 700 for Brown.
