Nope, I haven't gotten mine yet Chris, seems like the Ex head would be a easy fix with some paint but the other head would be harder to fix if you are not use to sculping.... I might send that in if I were you.

I'm not sure if anyone else has this issue, but I'm usually not TOO picky about my pieces... but I'm wondering if I should ask for replacement heads.
The REG head seems to have one of the front fangs "filed" down or chipped.
And the EX head seems to have some white paint from the teeth running onto the bottom lip....
Has anyone contacted SS about replacing just the head?
I'd say those issues are enough to warrant a return.
Hard to say if they will require you to ship the entire figure back, or just the head. It seems about 50/50 as to what they will want you to do.
You can always ask when you talk to CS about what they might want you to do.

I got a new normal edition head mine was chipped there just shipping the head to me.

Ex # 229 just arrived, and it's awesome. The seems are a non-issue, they don't stand out at all. The metal claws really make it shine. No issues with paint or fabric. My reg head does have the same small tooth as the pic above, but it shows no sign of damage, it was made that way then painted. Considering everything on mine is perfect, I'm not concerned about it. Logan might heal, but that doesn't mean he has perfect choppers.
What I really noticed was how small this was for a PF. Even Princess Leia stands just slightly higher, so I guess that makes him a true short guy. The biggest difference I notice between this and the com are the colors. The PF is really bright, while the com has a dirty golden hue. I really dig both pieces, but I have to give the edge to the com for it's better color scheme.
