Congrats on your purchase. I have the Wolverine PF and personally I think it's a great statue. If I could I would have preferred somethings to be different, but all around I think it's pretty kick ass and I'm happy with my purchase.:clap

I would rather it is not a PF ... The clothes looks dirty to me... it is like Wolf has never washed his clothes.

lol...maybe this one can be considered punk rock wolverine :lol

Yea the cloth is one of the things I would have definitely changed, although it didn't really give me a dirty impression as much the quality and style of the fabric used leaving room for debate.

That said, the things I do love about it are the metal claws the detail in the sculpt itself and how awesome this PF is when paired with Sabretooth's PF. Personally I think each on their own accord are ok statues, but when they are put together is when they both shine bright.

I think this is the only piece I am giving a B-. The feeling is like, I cant feel Wolverine, I have the Koto statue and the pose is much better, it is raw and like looking for blood and a fight. While the PF, is like going to BBQ ....

lol totally understand the complaints, but I'm able to see past them for this one and def for sabretooth. My complaints for him are far less than wovly's PF. To each thier own. =)

I actually love the cloth!, I think it makes it stand out more and makes it look an expensive collectible, whenever people come over they alllways point and say"Thats real cloth and steel thats insane!!!" I think it just adds to the value and look!

I agree. I think it is a giant misstep to go away from soft goods costumes in the X-Men PF range. They look great, but the full sculpt is a let down and knocks down the perceived value. I have a lot of SSC PFs, and -even though it is a great piece- Gambit stands alone as the one that doesn't fit in. Even the Emma Frost PF fits my collection better than Gambit.

I have the X-Men Comiquettes too, and love them, but where the X-Men PFs are going is letting me down.

The problem I have with the Wolvie PF (and it is a minor quibble, really) is not that cloth used, but the fact that you can see the seam of his leg clearly under the yellow cloth on one of his legs. Seems they assumed the seam wouldn't show through on the production version, but it does.
