Wolverine's original costume was yellow and blue...WAAAAY before anyone knew who Jim Lee was. Hell, I don't think Jim Lee was even born when Wolvie had the Yellow and Blues originally.

i hope that design is drawn more and more by other artists as time goes on, so that ten twenty years from now that would be the standard look, instead of the current yellow version.

but think about logan, as the character. he has devil may care attitude. he slices and dices those who so much look at him the wrong way. he rides big bike and smokes big cigar. you think someone like that would put on ANYTHING yellow on any part of his body? it goes against the nature of the character. he'd as soon choke the idiot who would think up the yellow spandex, let alone wearing it.
