Give it a year or 2 and I think the EX will definitely sell over $600. Wolvie is very popular and there is way more than 700 fans that will want the EX. We need more flippers to cancel so real fans have their wl converted.

I'm waiting for that to happen.

My Hulk needs a 2 headed Wolvie in front of him.

As nice as A-bom is, Hulk and Wolvie are like peanut butter and jelly.....A-bom is more like chocolate.

Yeah, you really can't compare the Classic Iron Man CM figure to this, because Iron Man's popularity doesn't even approach that of Wolverine. Wolvie is possibly more popular than Spiderman. He's not my favorite by any means, but he's surely had more comic appearances, cartoons, movies, toys, video games, lunch boxes, etc. than just about anyone (after Spiderman and Batman, of course).

Plus, the statue looks damn fine. I figure the Ex. will be worth somewhere on the order of $500-600 after all is said and done. That Classic Iron Man is in a silly flag-holding pose. . .with the U.S. flag of all things. Just strange. If it was an "action pose," I probably would have bought the thing myself by now. I like the classic Iron Man design more than blue/yellow Wolvie, but as far as the statues go, the Wolverine is a lot more desirable to me.

Spidey first, Wolverine and Iron Man tied.

Although Spiderman 1 and 2 movie and Iron Man movie are much greater than any movie about Wolverine that's for certain.

I feel confident that if I walk to most on the street and ask them who Iron and Wolverine are, most would know of them, maybe not exact details but they would know.

I think they're tied but obviously only because of the Iron Man movie. Wolverine was more popular before the Iron Man movie.

Spidey, while not the best PF, truly didn't suck.

His base remains my favorite of all the PFs followed closely by Cap's.

Only base I forsee topping Spidey's would be Daredevil's when he's finally revealed.

yeah the ones they shipped out (number versions) ended up with both bases, but mine only came with one since it's a marvel sample, as are the other two. so basically all three of mine are a matching set.

I sure hope it converts because while I might be selling some of my PF's to afford Iron Child, Wolvie PF is like Hulk PF, a must own and permanent fixture in a Marvel collection.

Going to have to disagree with you Kara, Spidey's are one of favorite PF's and I really think it must be seen in person in order to get a full range on the piece. They are truly awesome!

I have both versions of the base with Neg and it's awesome being able to swap a base for a different look, I love it
