I keep seeing people saying you can buy the Batman PF on WB store for a discount but I just checked their website and they don't even have the Batman PF...

You can't say I'm wrong until we have the numbers; I'm not claiming fact, it's just a guess. I'll bump up these posts when we know what's what, and we'll see who's closer to the mark. I really can't see Catwoman being anywhere near that high. Maybe 6000 total at the most.

Harley, Poison Ivy & Catwoman will probably have the same ballpark numbers..Gotham Sirens and all

I bet WW gets somewhere around 5000 regulars. No way she gets more total pieces than Batman. And there's DEFINITELY no way Catwoman gets anywhere near these numbers. She'll probably be more like Harley Quinn.

Hmmmm, I would consider betting the cost of an exclusive that she is nothing like Harley Quinn and at least matches Superman numbers. I am guessing 8000+ total Catwomans but may be as low as 7500. And thank you for the earlier post, Many well educated and informed buyers from Toronto and you are among them. Many extra pieces means more exposure and more new buyers which is good for my collection.

No problem, Clear thoughts like those make me want to read on. And for the ES of Catwoman debate if the Zipper on her top actually works over 7500 for sure I noticed female statues that come close to porn or portray super sexy sell like crazy so if you can unzip her top lower or if there is no bra underneath it will be an instant grail. But that will depend on how the face turns out, I find the source art a lot prettier than the sculpt so far but Gore group is the best IMO and it should rock. Hard to say if she is really a lot hotter than Harley and Ivy. I will wait and see.

It was not my post but really I saw no poor attitude at all in the reply and think it is a well thought out and clearly articulated response to making 3500 Exclusives and who know how many more Regs. Far too many is Far too many and that is what a forum is for, expressing and debating thoughts on new products and for this thread it is the great looking Wonder Woman that was made in way to big an ES. Mistermark did not attack you, If you are upset because you pre-ordered this statue and most people think it is not worth it so what? In the future instead of Slamming someone who could be a great collector reply with all the reasons why 9000 Wonder Womans is not too many and why they will be rare and sought after in years to come. Bye Bye and waving hands does nothing to educate or inform and just a way out. Hope to hear some reasons why the Mistermark statement is not just truthful, Even I have been looking at Koto 1/6 scale DC statues and for good reason and with a sunny disposition. No need to reply unless there are some points about Wonder Womans 9000(Or maybe more) ES that seem proper for this statue and the long term future of collecting. Really all that was said was ES is out of this world and not worth buying. Please tell me your take of the overproduction and how it will pan out in the future. As fellow collectors all quality info is helpful and why we communicate in the first place.

At 3500 I get the es complaints. Sure she won't b worth much and is likely a depreciating asset now so the only reason to get her is if your actually a wonder woman fan or think it has artistic appeal for your collection. Financially its a bad investment, like justifying a land rover purchase

yeah i checked that too and it's not listed. mistermark, can you please tell us where you saw that again on the wb store? i know you've made that claim numerous times, but i'm actually interested to see if that is accurate cause if it is, i would be interested in acquiring one for that reduced price you claimed.

I'll be honest, I check that store and DC comics web site quite a bit because they do have lots of sales, but I've never seen a SS statue on their web site UNLESS it was specifically design for DC to sale under it's DC Direct label. (IE: 1:4 Catwoman Museum Statue).. Only thing I can guess is it was a special deal and the sale didn't last long.


EDIT: n/m I found the old post with your link, the link is dead but other people in the thread said they got it from WB also for 20% off... interesting never knew WB sold Sideshow stuff

They've had a couple recently, more than likely a deal they have with sideshow. I'd check it for those wanting a Superman reg. Once it starts shipping. I nearly picked up a Batman reg. But I have a policy against buying two of the exact same statue. So I'm going wait for a blue and grey.
