She ain't reselling that... loves it too much
no replacements and the majority of us haven't even received her yet. great.
Well I'm pretty impressed with Sideshow.
In regards to the blistering paint on the base - They're sending out a new base.
In regards to the mark on the back of her boot - I was offered a new body or a $65 credit. Given how hard the arms and hair were to get on, I'm really worried I'd just break her hair strands or the spear, etc, so I think I can live with the mark and will take the credit.
Thumbs up from this collector for SS customer service.
Yeah gonna hang in there for this one
You're supposed run them down...it's the cool thing to do
I got an offer for a $40 credit. I told Daniel that if it was just the statue imperfections, I'd say yes, but the chipped paint on the base and the scratch make that kind of low. I asked him for more options short of outright returning.
They won't offer more, if they do it will be a few dollars. I got a "one time courtesy" offer increase of a whopping $5 one time!(and for much worse than your damage). Needless to say it had to go back. Not sure if they have a deal for shipping price or what, but they seem to not mind eating the shipping instead of offering a fair amount. I usually get the impression they would rather have you do a full return for some reason. Just seems odd how they operate sometimes and I can't figure it out.I got an offer for a $40 credit.
