Well, after sideshow response due unsolved Wonder Woman inquiry and the funny offer of $25 in discount, i decide to show my disagreement regarding the insignificant amount in credit and this is what i finally i got

Thanks for your e-mail. I do apologize if I did not express myself correctly in my previous e-mail. In this case there are no further replacements which is why I mentioned that returning the item for a full refund would be best. The $25.00 credit would have been as an additional courtesy after your refund as a way of saying we are sorry that we were unable to make it work out with your Wonder Woman.

Now, if you for whatever reason wanted to keep the Wonder Woman PF as is I could offer a $60.00 credit. However, if accepted no further credits, exchanges or refunds would be available. I do hope this clarifies my previous e-mail but if you have any other questions please let me know.

I look forward to your response.

Best Regards,

William Mendoza

$60 i better than $25 and of course more reasonable amount in credit for a $400 piece. Now i need to find an artist to fix my Wonder Woman hair,...how much it could be?

Piss pore effect on Sideshow's part only to offer you a $25 credit first up, $60 is more reasonable thankfully I was offered this right up for the hair as there is no way I would of accepted $25 either.

I got a reply, but seems like this representative is ********g with me

Thank you for your e-mail and for the images you have provided me. I am terribly sorry that this attempt was not successful. Our shipping team has attempted a number of different methods to prevent these pieces from arriving broken.

I have confirmed with my inventory and returns team that we regretfully do not have any additional replacement parts for this item. Normally in a situation like this I would offer a credit to keep the best possible piece but since they all arrived broken what I suggest is returning the item for a full refund.

In addition, what I would like to do is offer you a $25.00 discount on one of your existing orders as our way of saying we are sorry for not being able to resolve this inquiry for you.

Please get back to me at your earliest convenience so that we can proceed with assisting you.

Best Regards,

William Mendoza
Edit.

So, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

I got my first WW PF with a lot of problems (seen here). The replacement they sent me has a bunch of different problems, all of which run parallel to the first one:

-There are multiple scratches and marks around her entire body (head, chest, waist, and legs)
-There are uneven paint applications on her waist/blue bottoms
-There are a couple of small pinholes on her legs and arms
-Her foot doesn't rest in the base flush (it hovers)
-The small sword doesn't fit into the base at all (not pictured)

I've stated in my first post that this was going to be my last fully paid for statue since Sideshow's QC (and overall attitude towards their customers) have really gone downhill in my eyes. They just sent me a reply about this second PF's problems with the following email:

"Thank you for your patience while I investigated this for you. Unfortunately, please know the replacement Exclusive Wonder Woman that we sent to you was indeed the best possible ones we had available, and unfortunately we do not believe we can provide you another replacement that would be a considerable improvement. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you would like to keep your Wonder Woman, we can offer you a $45.00 Sideshow Collectibles credit that can be used on a future purchase or existing preorder. If you are completely not satisfied with the figure, please let me know and I can set you up with a return for a full refund. "

Do I reply with the threat of me leaving Sideshow altogether? I want the trinity, but neither of these Wonder Women PF's that I received are acceptable in the slightest, and I want them to keep sending me replacements until I get one that's decent.

I really don't know how to handle this =(

I say get a full refund and pick this up again down the line.

I agree. The EX is still in stock so you can take another chance with SS after you return that one or find it somewhere else. If you're in an area like me though, there aren't any places that sell SS pieces so I have to get them from SS, eBay, or here.

Refund it. They won't keep sending you replacements. You can find another way to get one. Just start over on a fresh plate.

Got the ex yesterday and the left foot doesn't touch the base :gah:

My EX didn't either although my Reg did.

FWIW, my EX eventually 'settled' and the left foot does rest on the base now.

This is good for me since Sideshow wouldn't do anything other than offer me a full refund to return it.

YMMV.

How long did you have to wait for the foot to settle?

I received her on 3/11 and noticed the left foot was resting on the base ~4/15 so about a month til I noticed it. May have happened earlier but I can't verify.

It's still balanced/weighted heavily on the right foot, if I slide the base the left foot will come up before lightly resting again.

My Regular is rock solid. Of course I had to request a new spear, enlarge the sword opening on the base, and fix the crooked hair. BUT, it's rock solid...

SS said they have no replacements and offered a $35 credit :slap

So if her right foot is in perfectly, that means she is leaning backwards, so her left foot is hovering? Do you have pics? I had to do a lot of maneuvering with mine, including, but not limited too, a bit of glycerol... Just sayin'...
