I was going back and forth on it, then my 8-year-old son said "Dad, you gotta go for it". Seemed like sage advice.

Got a "never displayed" EX for $474 shipped, and ordered a right-hand sword from spazzy.

Just picked up an EX for $476! In my mind it's a great price because I was going to pick up the regular from Sideshow's new batch which would have ended up in the $450-460 range so for a few bucks more to get the EX is a good deal.

That custom sword looks great! WW I would say is still the best statue ever made imo so far. Steve rocks! He's so talented bring this character to life. It's one of the toughest females to sculpt the likeness, pose, that will bring it to life without her being weak or too sexy but strong. He nailed it to perfection. The QC is another story which has nothing to do with the awesome work. I only wish steve will do more comic characters in the future. Btw his male characters are just as good if not even better. Amazing skills!

She looks to fit just right with the Batman line though. I still think nearmint's lineup is pretty quintessential. Batman and Hulk together reminds me of the Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez versus comic

Seriously, though, I see what you mean, and may find a base for the base. Something that will make her taller, but blend in better than in the photo below...

The only one who looks out of place is that Batman statue. He's so bulky he could take on the Hulk beside him. Hate to be negative, but so many people give him a pass and I can't abide by it.

Fantastic setup though. Wonder Woman is my favorite of the Trinity statues by a long shot.

Yea, SSC did messed it a little with Bat's bulkiness.

I love it. I like my Bats looking huge and bad ass. He's definitely drawn that way by certain artists (Miller, Ross, Lee). If you guys want a slimmer looking Bats just wait for it. It's not like this is the last Bats PF SSC will release. As a big fan of a stout looking Bats, I'm very glad SSC released this PF as is. Hopefully, SSC is already working on a more athletic looking (slimmer) Bats for those that though this PF is too big.
