Nothing wrong with that. It's just that he look a little odd with Sup and maybe WW. The armpit is more annoying to Mr. Green than anything else. But it is fixed sometime ago.

I have him displayed with WW and Supes. I think he looks fine but I was never one of those guys who thought Supes should be as big or bigger than Bats. I'm absolutely fine with Bats being more stout than other DC characters. Obviously characters like Bane, Croc, or Clayface should be bigger than him but to have him be a bit bigger than normal sized characters never bothered me at all.

I hear you on the armpit issue. While it's not that big a deal to me there is no doubt it could have looked better.

As much issues I've had with SS. They still hold the best statue ever made imo which is this ww. I cannot wait to see who or what company will top this. Qc issues aside. Maybe if Steve works for another company then it can happen. For this I give SS credit for taking Steve as the sculptor. He's so talented. My vote for statue of 2015 1st place. :clap She was one of the most difficult, if not the most difficult to pull off her likeness, and strong but still sexy character. Sideshow and Steve nailed this to perfection!

Steve really is a great talent. I wish I was in the statue game when his Jessica Rabbit was available. That's a grail I don't even entertain the idea of affording at the prices it goes for now.

Out of curiosity. How much does. Jess Rabbit go for nowadays?

Seems to be regardless of the exclusive. I've never followed auctions for Captain Hook, so I couldn't tell you on that one.

For the exclusive right? The regular? How about Captain Hook exc?

J rabbit is going for the same ex or reg. Hook is not going for more than 400.00 to 500.00 if really lucky. I sold both of mine more than a year ago ran out of space. :( but I did buy back Maleficent and evil queen after I sold both. These are too awesome to let go.

Purchased this on eBay ten days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Apparently the seller has 22 days to ship it before I can have eBay step in. Ahhhhhhhh

That's ridiculous. You can leave him negative feedback but I think that's a bit harsh if the statue arrives in good shape. You can give him a low rating on shipping when you go to leave him feedback (unless this was shipped free). I think it's fair to leave him a one star rating on shipping given how long the buyer is taking to ship this out to you.

I never, ever leave negative feedback, (1 out of 300ish transactions), but even if this guy overnights it now he's getting negative feedback haha. The big problem is not communicating, if he told me hey I'm really just so busy it will be a week to ship out I wouldn't like it but at least he told me.

Imagine if the pump this WW exact statue up to 1/3 :wink1: that would be the first sign if they did for me to stop collecting 1/4. Space can only fit so many along with the 1/3 size brown boxes.

The Ebay rules are very clear for the seller. As soon as he gets paid by PayPal, he must ship it out immediately, then Ebay sends you the email with the tracking number. I wouldn't be hesitant to give anybody neg feedback if that's what they truly deserve. Don't let him off the hook simply because you got a good statue, That's not the point, he has to earn that good rating. Otherwise, he will continue to do it to the next buyer.

Unfortunately ebay removes the feedback if the item gets returned or cancelled so in the end you don't usually get to leave any at all.

I don't think that's entirely true with every case. There has to be extenuating circumstances for EBay to step in and remove it if it was really unfair and highly unwarranted. How else can the buyer know who's a good seller with a stellar record and who are are shady, unscrupulous sellers. We need that feedback to weed out those bad ones. Take for instance the power sellers, most will average 100-200 negs with 25,000 positives in a year and those stick and EBay won't change it.

Yeah, I've seen negative feedback where the buyer was refunded by eBay. I'd probably leave neutral feedback if the seller paid extra for overnight shipping to make up for the delay. You never know if they had a real-life issue to attend to (obviously communication would help, too :impatient:) I've had worse issues with sellers shipping me broken statues, so negative feedback is reserved for the worst of the worst for me.

When I've received broken or damaged statues and went through the refund process generally the option to leave feedback isn't available
