No though as I said yesterday, I did point out to them that if they are offering free shipping, then that should be tracked too but i guess as we are getting these a little bit cheaper, then that's ok I guess.

They did do something esle cool too but I will wait until I do get it before i say what it is. If it does happen, it could mean fewer headaches for European buyers.

No though as I said yesterday, I did point out to them that if they are offering free shipping, then that should be tracked too but i guess as we are getting these a little bit cheaper, then that's ok I guess.

Nope but I did ask them to do just that, which is a bit deal breaker for me if they don't.
Otherwise I would just go to Sideshow I think.

They say it's insured so it must have a number.
Not a trackable one like EMS but a number nonetheless.
In FRANCE you can choose to have sign on delivery or not but all the package have a number.

Who received a package from them shipped by the airmail option?
Did you get a number? Was it really insured?
Could you track the number once it was in your country?

I don't think they insure the packages since they don't declare the actual value of the product.

In my email they do say that they insure the package.
But yeah if they don't declare the correct value i don't see the point of insuring it.
Maybe because insured mail whatever the amount is being more monitored than regular mail.

So anybody who got his order by regular airmail can enlight us?

what about the packing, do they double box or take any other protection , can some one take fotos of the packing when they receive and unbox it please, i like my hot toys boxes in mint condition as possible, sadly whenever i buy from asian countries the box always gets screwed up

WTF HT is just saying this is not an official hot toys store thats all.
The store clearly state it too on their about page.
HT says the same about ebay sellers: Don't buy from them!
I never had a problem ordering from goodshipped or golden warrior on ebay.
There is already many people who got their figure.
They offer EMS tracking and you pay by paypal the risk to get scammed seems preety low for me now.
BTW from the begining save for pointless analysis nobody has actually wrote actual bad feedack on them.
So for now i'm all wait and see.

What would be ACTUALLY helpful to do is that each person that has ordered write a detailed report of their orders.

BTW always got mint boxes when ordered from asia.
I always ask them tomake sure it's protected enough saying that my delivery guys are a bit rough with parcels.

I am about to buy a figure from them. They sent me a PayPal invoice for "services" rather than "goods". "services" are not eligible for PayPal refunds. I am treading very carefully on this one.

they did that to me too, i asked them to change it and they sent me amended invoice that said 'goods' with a description of the item, nothing to worry about.

Just good prices for me. Not overly fussed about name or anything else as long as I get the lowest price and reliable service which they have come through with spot on every time.

With Jack Sparrow and Indiana Jones figures that I have purchased so far I have saved at least $30 on each compared to Sideshow or Ebay. The DX01 Joker for $350 was a saving of at least $100. I actually set up Joker in an interrogation diorama with Batman, got a spare narrow shoulder body for the police Joker and sold the police figure, DX stand, box, boom jacket and grenades on Ebay for a profit of $330 once I took out Ebay/Paypalfees and cost of spare body!!! Got myself the Joker for $20 .

Indy should be here next week. I'll post pictures as usual.
