It was not supposed to based of the final movie look but pre-visualization of the character from 2D-3D by the movie pre-production team, so it's accurate to what they came up with, here's the write up on sideshow website:

This maquette is an early study of how Juggernaut might translate from 2D to 3D for X-Men: The Last Stand. Sideshow is proud to offer this first rendition in the long creative process of bringing this character to life on the big screen.

Probably not, I think this was a bidding war gone bad between a couple of people with too much money and pride to lose. Unless this sets the bar and more people ACTUALLY try to get this piece, the value should not jump.

Yup. Almost made me get one in britian for $400, but didn't seem worth it. I hear the Bowen juggernaut is the one to get.
