I did not hate it.... It was just another X-men movie.. I love the Wolverine moment and it had some others.

I just don't know where the next film will go... Magneto basically lifted the whole planet... There have run out of big things for him to lift. :lol

Maybe he'll build his base, back stab Xavier again to only be forgiven at the end of the movie. And eat cake.

There's really nothing left to do with Magneto in this continuity of movies. If what he did in this film didn't make him an out&out villain in the eyes of Xavier and the world nothing will. So make him a full-blown hero and good guy?

Make him a skrull.

Slow down now :lol

I'd like Wolverine to stick around but don't make him the starring role again, like DOFP. He's better with less exposure.

Just watched it. Thought it was fantastic, maybe even the best X-Men film yet. I didn't expect to like it after Days of Future Past which almost bored me to death, but damn it was good.

I think they did an excellent job incorporating the younger mutants in with the First Class team. Everyone had their moment to shine. Wolverine's bit was brutal and badass.

Only thing I didn't like was Apocalypse's design. Oh and Jennifer Lawrence of course.

Can definitely use more Magneto and Wolvie. They just have to be used the right way. Magneto in particular can use a different approach, as the revenge thing has been done enough for the moment. But Fassbender is too damn good to be left out. Wolvie needs to play a supporting role in the next team X-Men movie IMO. New actor, less exposure, more brutality and unpredictability.

Of course, Mystique needs to go.

I actually don't want a new actor playing Wolverine in this same movie universe. I'd rather they go full reboot if Jackman is truly hanging up the claws - or just leave Wolverine out. It just wouldn't feel right he says of the franchise that routinely changes actors and ignores basic continuity

Well there's no chance we have an X-verse without their marquee character. So a full reboot is of course, possible (again, sort of). But, I would be surprised if it happened. They've got an opportunity now with McAvoy and the new kids to build something really good. I just hope contract negotiations with J-Law fall through.

Helmet, naked body, some wires = $250

lol

Fass is really good, as is McAvoy.

But when you compare XMA to the group narrative going on by now in the MCU you can clearly see that the MCU characters are so far ahead in that department.

I enjoyed XMA because it was a decent fun superhero movie, definately not garbage as some have claimed it to be, but their unity needs to evolve.

100% correct about Wolverine.

Marvel needs to recruit Jackman to play D-Man in the MCU. Complete with yellow spandex.

He needs to be in his costume, especially in his last movie.

In what sense? Character development? I think they're on different tracks in that department. I like with the MCU is doing quite a bit, but none of those characters resonate with me on a dramatic level like Fassbender and McAvoy do. They're more like cartoon characters, akin to Deadpool (braces for Khev backlash!).
